1. Processing Times.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

2. Estimated Shipping Times.
We offer international shipping to ensure moms and babies everywhere can enjoy our collection. Our current estimated delivery times are:

• USA & UK: 7–12 business days.
• Canada & Australia: 10–15 business days.
• Europe (Italy, Germany, etc.): 10–15 business days.
• Rest of the World: 15–20 business days.

Note: These are estimated times. Factors like customs processing or seasonal delays may occasionally impact delivery.

3. Shipping Costs
• Standard Shipping: $5.95
• Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150 

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
CubCart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
